Terms of Service

1. Services

ReelHub provides AI-assisted corporate video production services, including corporate training videos, employee onboarding videos, compliance training, sales enablement videos, product training, internal communications, AI presenters and digital avatars, script development, video editing, and production support.

Project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined separately in client proposals or agreements.

2. Client Materials

You represent that you own or have permission to use any materials you provide, including websites, documents, presentations, logos, images, videos, audio, and training materials.

If you request that ReelHub create content from websites or documents, you authorize us to access and process those materials as necessary to perform the requested services.

You agree to indemnify Amerney LLC against claims arising from materials you provide without the necessary rights or permissions.

3. Artificial Intelligence

Our services may utilize artificial intelligence technologies to assist with writing, editing, narration, avatars, translations, image generation, and video production.

AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies or omissions.

Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before publication, distribution, or internal use.

ReelHub does not guarantee any specific business results, conversion rates, employee engagement, or return on investment.

4. Digital Avatars and Voices

Our services may use AI-generated presenters, avatars, and synthetic voices provided through third-party production platforms. Where a project involves a real person's likeness or voice, the Client represents that it has obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables created specifically for the project, subject to any applicable third-party licenses.

ReelHub retains ownership of internal production workflows, templates, prompts, automation systems, software, and proprietary methodologies.

6. Revisions

Revision terms are defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables are considered accepted if no revision request is received within three (3) business days after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amerney LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
