Terms of Service

    Welcome to ReelHub. These terms are a legal agreement between you and Amerney LLC d/b/a ReelHub ("ReelHub," "we," "us"). By using ReelHub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

    We've tried to keep this readable. The short version: ReelHub is a tool to help you, not a guarantee. You're responsible for your content and compliance decisions. We're not liable if something goes wrong.

    1. What ReelHub Does

    ReelHub provides video generation, analysis, and delivery tools. This includes AI-powered features for creating personalized videos and automated analysis tools that check for potential issues in your content.

    Some features rely on third-party services (like AI providers). We don't control those services, so availability and quality may vary.

    2. Your Responsibilities

    You own your content. You're responsible for:

    • Everything you upload or create using ReelHub
    • Making sure you have the right to use any data you provide (like lead names and emails)
    • Getting any required consent before contacting people through the service
    • Complying with all laws that apply to your content and how you use it
    • Not using ReelHub for spam, harassment, or anything illegal

    3. Credits and Payment

    • Credits are deducted only when a video is successfully generated
    • Unused credits don't expire
    • Purchases are final and non-refundable (except where required by law)
    • We use Stripe for payments
    • Prices may change with notice

    4. Intellectual Property

    You keep ownership of content you provide. You can use videos generated through ReelHub for your business purposes. We retain rights to our technology and platform.

    5. Important: About Our Analysis Tools

    ReelHub includes automated tools that analyze videos for potential issues related to accessibility, captions, contrast, and other factors. Here's what you need to know:

    THESE TOOLS ARE ADVISORY ONLY. They help identify potential issues — they don't certify anything.

    We do NOT guarantee compliance with:

    • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
    • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
    • Section 508 or any other accessibility standard
    • Any other law or regulation

    Our analysis may:

    • Miss issues that exist (false negatives)
    • Flag issues that don't exist (false positives)
    • Fail to catch things that only human review would find

    HUMAN REVIEW IS REQUIRED. Before you publish anything, have qualified professionals review your content. Our tools assist your process — they don't replace it.

    By using these features, you accept that you're responsible for your own compliance decisions.

    6. No Legal or Professional Advice

    ReelHub is software, not a law firm or consultancy. Nothing we provide is legal advice, accessibility certification, or professional compliance guidance. Consult qualified professionals for those needs.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that:

    • The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
    • Results will be accurate or complete
    • Using ReelHub will make your content compliant with any law

    You're responsible for evaluating whether ReelHub is suitable for your needs.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — regardless of the legal theory and even if we've been advised of the possibility.

    WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR any claims arising from:

    • Your reliance on analysis results
    • Third-party claims related to your content
    • Your compliance decisions

    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY to you for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

    Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to defend and hold harmless ReelHub and our team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

    • Your use of the service
    • Content you create or publish
    • Your violation of these terms or any law
    • Any claim that your content violates accessibility or other laws
    • Your reliance on our analysis tools

    This obligation continues even after you stop using ReelHub.

    10. Prohibited Uses

    Don't use ReelHub:

    • As the sole basis for compliance decisions in regulated industries
    • To certify or represent to others that content is compliant based only on our reports
    • For anything illegal or harmful

    11. Governing Law and Disputes

    These terms are governed by Delaware law.

    Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules, held in Delaware or remotely. You agree to arbitrate individually — no class actions. Either party can seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.

    Claims must be filed within one year or are waived.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll post the effective date at the top.

    13. General

    • These terms are the entire agreement between us
    • If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
    • We can assign these terms; you can't without our consent
    • Sections 5-11 survive termination
