Welcome to ReelHub. ReelHub is a brand owned and operated by Amerney LLC. By accessing our website, registering for our webinars, or utilizing our AI video services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are a legal agreement between you ("Client") and Amerney LLC ("Company").

1. Services Provided

ReelHub provides an AI-driven video production and automation service. Our services include:

- Converting B2B content (blogs, white papers, case studies) into video assets.

- Creating AI-generated cinematic ads and product listings.

- Generating digital avatars and cloned voices for training and marketing.

- Providing AI video training and webinars.

2. Client Content & Scraping Authorization

Ownership Warranty: Client represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right to all content within URLs or documents provided to ReelHub for processing.

Authorization: Client expressly authorizes ReelHub to use automated tools to access, scrape, and summarize content from Client-provided sources.

Indemnity: Client shall defend and indemnify Amerney LLC against any third-party claims of copyright infringement or unauthorized access related to the source material provided.

3. AI Accuracy & Responsibility

Heuristics & Hallucinations: Client acknowledges that our workflow relies on AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs) which may produce factual errors or "hallucinations".

Final Review: ReelHub acts as a technical service provider, not a publisher. Client assumes 100% responsibility for reviewing and approving all video output for accuracy and regulatory compliance before final use.

No Results Guarantee: While our system is designed for pipeline generation, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates, ROI, or business outcomes.

4. Rights of Publicity (Avatars & Voices)

Informed Consent: If Client requests the creation of a digital twin or voice clone, Client warrants it has obtained documented, informed consent from the underlying human subject.

Prohibited Use: Company prohibits the use of its tools for the creation of non-consensual deepfakes or defamatory content.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Output Rights: Upon full payment, Client is granted a license to use the final video output for its intended business purposes.

Company Assets: ReelHub retains all rights to its proprietary automation workflows, code, and "Automation Layer".

Third-Party Assets: Use of stock music, fonts, or After Effects templates is subject to the terms of the original third-party licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amerney LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or revenue) arising from the use of AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

7. Deemed Approved Policy

Deliverables provided via shared drives, email, or Slack shall be deemed approved if no written request for revision is received within three (3) business days of delivery.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
