At ReelHub, we are committed to transparency in how we handle data, particularly as it relates to our AI-driven automation and video production services. This policy outlines our practices for data collection, processing, and the use of artificial intelligence.

1. Data We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our AI video services, including:

- Client-Provided Content: URLs, blog posts, white papers, and training manuals provided for video conversion.

- Identity Data: Names, email addresses, and LinkedIn profile information provided during webinar registration or service onboarding.

- Media Assets: Images, logos, and audio files uploaded for the creation of digital avatars and cloned voices.

2. AI Processing and Scraping

- Automated Extraction: Our system uses automated tools to scrape and extract text from third-party URLs provided by the Client.

- AI Models: We utilize third-party AI processors (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, HeyGen) to summarize content, generate scripts, and produce synthetic media.

- No Training on Client Data: We do not use Client-proprietary white papers or confidential training materials to train our internal AI models without express written consent.

3. Use of Digital Personas

- Voice and Avatar Generation: We process biometric-like data (photos and voice recordings) solely to create "Digital Personas" as requested by the Client.

- Consent Warranty: ReelHub operates as a service provider. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure all necessary consents are obtained from individuals whose likeness or voice is being replicated.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with our "AI Production Stack" partners only to the extent required to generate the requested video assets:

Compute Providers: Google Cloud, AWS.

AI Model Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Nano Banana, Veo, Flow, ElevenLabs, HeyGen.

Workflow Automation: Make.com, Plainly.

5. Data Retention

Project Assets: We retain source materials and draft videos for thirty (30) days following project completion to allow for revisions.

Marketing Data: Information collected via our webinars is retained until a user opts out or requests deletion.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Client assets. However, because our services rely on external AI APIs and cloud-based automation layers, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all unauthorized access.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in AI technology or regulatory requirements. Continued use of ReelHub services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
