2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

3. Your Role as Data Controller

When you submit lead information (names, emails, or other personal data about your contacts), you act as the data controller for that information. ReelHub acts as a data processor on your behalf.

You represent that:

• You have the legal right to provide this data to us
• You have obtained any required consents from your leads
• Your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy laws

We process lead data only according to your instructions and to provide the Service.

Video files and lead data are retained to enable playback, delivery tracking, and reporting. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
